RELACIÓN DE LA ASIMETRÍA DE LA INFORMACIÓN, DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA Y DEL RIESGO EN LA CREACIÓN DE LA FOLGA PRESUPUESTARIA

El objetivo de la investigación es verificar la relación de la asimetría de la información, de la participación presupuestaria y de la posición de riesgo en la creación del juego presupuestario por la media gerencia de organizaciones. La investigación se caracteriza como descriptiva, con abordaje cuantitativo, realizada por medio de levantamiento, utilizando como instrumento de investigación el cuestionario. La muestra de la encuesta está compuesta por 171 alumnos de cursos de postgrado lato sensu en las áreas de Contabilidad y Administración en el estado de Santa Catarina que se encuadrar en los cargos gerenciales en sus organizaciones. Los constructos fueron probados en cuanto a la validez de escala por medio de la prueba de Alpha de Cronbach. Los resultados de la correlación de Spearman muestran que no se observó relación de la participación, de la asimetría de la información y del riesgo con la creación del espacio presupuestario. Por otro lado, la correlación entre la asimetría y la participación presupuestaria fue significante y positiva.
