EXPERIENCIA DE CONSUMO Y EL PAPEL DE LA CALIDAD DEL SERVICIO EN CONCESIONARIAS DE VEHÍCULOS

Comprender la influencia de la experiencia del consumo, sus relaciones con la calidad del servicio y sus implicaciones para los gestores pueden ser consideradas contribuciones relevantes. La importancia del sector automotriz y de las relaciones entre los conceptos anteriores llevó al objetivo de este trabajo, que fue analizar el papel de la experiencia de consumo y de la calidad de los servicios automotores. Se aplicó un cuestionario, enviado a cerca de 10.000 e-mails en territorio nacional, y se obtuvieron 444 respuestas válidas. Los resultados demostraron que los aspectos relacionados con la calidad del servicio se consideraron tan importantes como los elementos relacionados con la experiencia de consumo. Los aspectos de la experiencia de consumo más destacados por los consumidores se refieren al placer de la compra, el surtido y los precios. En cuanto a la calidad de los servicios, los elementos en destaque estaban vinculados a servicios de alta calidad, atención de los empleados, tiempo de atención y cumplimiento de plazos.
