Abstract

This article turns on the existent ethical subjects in the use of psychological tests, when of the attainment of psychological evaluations. The professionals of the psychology seek amid new identity constructions, to contemplate about his/ her performance according to ethical parameters, he/she wants these are given by the theory which his/her practice combines or for the professional’s personal beginnings that it executes her. As the psychologist’s profession links the application of psychological tests unavoidably acts view that is this professional’s exclusive function, to rethink his/her identity and practice implicates in the reflection of his/her conduct when it uses them, or, although it doesn’t use them directly in his/her work, as front the that theme is positioned, above all at this time in the use of the tests it has been emphasizing one more evaluation driven to the habitual contexts of acting and he/she has been obtaining a better reputation in the breast of the investigation and of the psychological practice, namely on the part of the professionals that work with human resources in general, requesting therefore contributions on the subject.
