At this conference the author deals with the structure of ancient tragedy based upon the Claudel’s comprehantion of it, in what its essentially vocal dimension is highlighted. Based on the definition given by the named poet, the tragedy as a “cri devant une tombe long fermée evil”, the author tries to draw all the consequences of it in order to think the issues of voice and the law in what concerns the psychoanalytic clinic. He takes also into consideration the contributions of Nietzsche about the birth of tragedy, and of Loraux, that also draws attention to the vocal dimension of the tragedy and puts in evidence its political dimension. The treatment of these issues lead the author to formulate the hypothesis that the establishment and respect for the law, which is one of the key issues presented by this tragedy, could not be designed in its relationship to the voice?Downloads
