uma experiência com contos maravilhosos contemporâneos
Abstract
This article presents an excerpt from a literary literacy activity carried out as part of the master's research with the introduction of the wonderful contemporary tale in Brazilian Literature classes for 58 young students of the 2nd year of high school at a public military college. Thus, the following specific objectives were outlined: to present the wonderful story as a possibility of meaningful reading to young readers and to provide, through meaningful reading experience, a possibility of altering and expanding the students' reading subjectivity. To achieve these objectives, activities were proposed based on wonderful contemporary tales by writer Marina Colasanti. The bibliographic research of foundation sought the following definitions: literary literacy (COSSON, 2016; PAULINO, 2005), guiding the practices of teaching literature in the classroom; reading for young readers (PETIT, 2008; LANGER, 2005), bringing new concepts to work with literature directed to young people; and investigation of the influence of fantastic reading in the formation of the literary reader (CORSO, 2006; TODOROV, 2010). It was concluded that the proposed literary literacy activities, in addition to leading students to realize that wonderful tales are timeless and not aimed at specific ages, also made them expand their reading subjectivity and their perennial reading behavior.
