This study presents the implementation of important public policies for the development of tourism in the Ceará Coast (Brazil) and Galicia (Spain). Qualitative research reveals primary data, after content analysis, of the elements collected through documentary research and field visits in both regions. The theoretical basis will be based on the bibliographic review that will allow the understanding of the tourism space.
